Food is always really good but I've got one small complaint. I always ask for salt and vinegar to be added to my food and I also request it on instructions for the chef. They never add it. Very small issue but essential. Last 4 orders have been exactly the same.

Took almost 2 hours for delivery (app said one), and when the food arrived it was fairly cold. Shame as well and I appreciate busy Friday night but waiting that long to then have a tepid dinner wasn’t great.

We use Ebis often but stopped ordering deliveries over a year ago as it was never hot and often wrong. This order was our first delivery in a long time - it was 25 mins early, piping hot and everything was super fresh!! Great value
