They forgot my pickle, the curry sauce was burst everywhere, the chips were undercooked and hard. None of the meals had salt and vinegar. Everything was cold. Rotten chippy!

Last time we weren't very satisfied with our order and said so in our review. This time it was business as usual. Everything was hot and very tasty. As I said last time , we all have our off days. This is Ebis at it's best .

Food was poor. Chicken overcooked and chips where the dregs of the fryer. Both items salt and vinegar was requested and even the note to the chef ( please add salt and vinegar) ignored. Wish we had a second chippy in Carluke as they really don't give a damm about there customers

TBH We've had better from Ebis. The chips felt like reheats (although they probably weren't) . The batter on the fish wasn't as crisp as it normal. The whole thing wasn't particularly hot. Everybody has an off day. Won't put us off tho.

The fritters had no potato and were so crispy I could not eat them. The chicken also tasted off so full meal went in the bin very disappointed

Had family over for dinner tonight, meaning our order was quite big. The pizza wasn’t the greatest, so much so only half could be eaten. My mum wasn’t great after her sausage supper either, and my half pizza crunch was very dry and crispy (felt like it had been sitting for a little while) so again could only eat half of it. A little disappointed, as some of the food was warm and other stuff was a bit cooler. Don’t get an Ebi’s that often but when we do the foods never the best which is pretty disappointing!

When I arrived to collect my order the large chicken tikka hadn’t been cooked. So everything else was placed in the hot box (only after I asked it to be). When I got home the salad was missing from both of the tikka's I’d ordered. Very disappointing.
